All items purchased from https://stvdesigns.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. STV Designs ships all items by USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
RETURN POLICY
An item purchased on the STV Designs E commerce site can be returned within fourteen days from the date received at the designated shipping address. All items must be in the original condition and securely packaged for return shipping back to STV Designs.

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to STV Designs or to products you purchase through STV Designs shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Ohio, USA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate STV Designs’ intellectual property rights, STV Designs may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Ohio, USA, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
