Artist meticulously hand painted detailed images of hockey players in dynamic scenes on all four sides and bottom of 2″ x 2″ glass cube. Acrylic paints on glass sprayed with a clear varnish for a glossy finish. Glass cube is light weight, free standing and can be hung as an ornament year round. Gift box included.
A hockey player is skating fast while holding his stick with two gloved hands across the ice. Colorful details on the uniform and brush strokes emphasize the motion of ice being kicked up by his skate blades.
Another panel shows a player’s legs with a hockey stick getting ready to launch the puck. The background is an ice rink painted blue with white brush strokes to indicate skate markings. Two panels are covered with a scene of a hockey goalie protecting the net and a player and his stick after hitting the puck that is flying into the cage.
