Artist meticulously hand painted 3 1/4″ tall glass spice jar with colorful images, history, uses, text and plant around the 6″ circumference. Attached lock top lid with rubber seal. Acrylic paints on glass sprayed with a clear varnish for a glossy finish. One tough glass container for its size.

**Price REDUCED from $7 to $4 due to the metal clasp lever being a bit finicky when closing the lid on the jar. **Opening and closing the jar still works efficiently.

The letters of Cardamom are hand painted in brilliant green letters against a black background to exude a high contrast. Images of incense burners and text depict the history of the herb in ancient times. A detailed Alexander the Great looks on as he carries the herb from India. A deep maroon background emphasizes the king’s ensemble. A steaming cup of coffee, bowl of rice and plated curry display uses of the herb. Health benefits in text are outlined below. The taste is described in black text against a bold yellow gradient background. The plant, flower and pods are hand painted against a white background.

HAND CLEAN ONLY the inside with a little soap on a damp cloth. Do not put in the dishwasher as the rubber seal will melt and compromise the painted images.
